• The Windows Section — Most arches per step in the park.
• Park Avenue Viewpoint — First stop past the entrance. Timed entry Apr–Oct — book ahead.

Canyonlands & overlooks

• Mesa Arch — THE sunrise shot — arrive 40 min early for a spot.
• Grand View Point — Island in the Sky's best overlook — easy rim walk.
• Dead Horse Point — The gooseneck bend of the Colorado — best at sunset.

Moab town
